WELCOME TO OUR REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Infinity Equestrian! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused, unsoiled, unmarked and in the same condition that you received it, with the labels attached.

​

If, in the unforeseen circumstance there is a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW, you will need to take photos of defaults and write to us via email with photo evidence as proof.

​

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promos/promo codes.

 

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE ~ WE DO NOT REFUND FOR A CHANGE OF MIND.

PLEASE UTILISE THE MEASUREMENT CHART AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SUPER CLEAR ON SIZING.

POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange goods due to sizing, we are happy to help you.

​

Please email us with your order/receipt number and what size you wish to exchange for.

 

Please return the garment within 7 days of receipt of delivery, unmarked and unsoiled with the original labels intact and in the condition it was delivered to you in.

​

PLEASE PROVIDE a prepaid, self addressed postage satchel enclosed for return postage.

​

No refund or exchange will be applicable under any circumstances, after 7 days of receipt of the package. 

​

Please note that you are solely responsible for all postage/courier costs associated with returning your goods for refund or exchange. We strongly recommend you use a signature required service for the return of your goods.

​

Please ensure that your returned garments are un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains, and are sent back with all original tags still intact and attached.
